Synopsis
Satoru Mikami, a 37-year-old corporate worker in Tokyo, is a regular guy. About the fact that he does not have a girlfriend, he is almost pleased with his monotonous life. An attacker appears out of nowhere and stabs him at a casual meeting with his colleague. As he was succumbing to his injuries, a strange voice echoed in his head and recited a string of orders that he couldn’t understand. Satoru regains consciousness and learns that he has been reincarnated as a Slime in a strange universe.
The first part of the second television anime season aired in January. Shiba’s spinoff manga The Slime Diaries: The Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (Tensura Nikki Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken) debuted on Tokyo MX on April 6. When The Slime Diaries concludes, the second season’s second part of season two will begin.
The official twitter account of Slime anime franchise is also running a gift giveaway event to commemorate the franchise having 25 million copies in circulation and 200,000 followers on twitter.
