On Sunday, the “MAPPA STAGE 2021 -10th Anniversary-” event released a teaser trailer announcing that Mari Okada will write and direct an original anime film called Alice to Therese no Maboroshi Kōjō (Alice and Therese’s Illusory Factory). No announcement date has been revealed yet.

The Japanese animation studio MAPPA Co., Ltd. The acronym “MAPPA” stands for Maruyama Animation Produce Project Association. Masao Maruyama, a founder and former producer of Madhouse, founded it on June 14, 2011, and has produced anime works such as Kids on the Slope, Terror in Resonance, Yuri!!! on Ice, Kakegurui, Banana Fish, Jujutsu Kaisen, and the final season of Attack on Titan.
