Its been a few months since Blue Period anime was announced and we finally have an update on the anime. On Friday, the official website of the anime revealed new visual which is made by a collaboration between studio Seven Arcs and painter Meguru Yamaguchi.

Blue Period manga series is written and illustrated by Tsubasa Yamaguchi. The series began serialization in Kodansha’s Monthly Afternoon in June 2017. As of May 2021, it has been collected into 10 tankōbon volumes. The manga won the 13th Manga Taisho awards in 2020. In 2020, the manga also won the Best General Manga award in the 44th annual Kodansha Manga Awards.
The series is licensed in English for North America by Kodansha USA. Kodansha describes the series as:
